EMPOWERING CHANGE THROUGH
Psychotherapy
What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy offers psychological treatment to individuals suffering mental health conditions, concerns and/or emotional challenges through talk therapy providing evidence-based treatment approaches. In Psychotherapy, the clients explore the connection of the mind, body and soul related to beliefs created earlier in life. In short, the role of psychotherapy is to aid the client in “taking control” of their life again with regards to their symptoms or wellbeing. This usually requires finding agency in other areas of life as well.
